By the way the TOMS were so cute. One was a soft colored ginger. The other was a beautiful white long hair with tabby printed spots.

This thread fell off my alert list, so I'm just catching up.

Sounds like she'll have them today (just guessing). I'll also take a guess at 4 kittens in the litter.

Good luck Baylee! Let's get those kittens birthed! :lovecat3:

Thank you and thanks for guessing too. This alone helps me keep my mind at ease and more excited then anxious. It’s so hard to not just wonder nonstop. Lol.

It is normal for cats to experience diarrhea a day or two before delivery. It’s a way of cleaning out the system beforehand. Happens to pregnant women too!

All sounds okay so far!

Guys. I noticed a flea!!!! Big no for me. Unhealthy for them all and I’m allergic. I killed it but know she may possibly have more. Called vets office and the tech said frontline which they don’t carry is all that is safe. I know they have some at Walmart but is this truly good?

All others animals in the house are treated but we haven’t put any topical sin her for this reason.

Thank you so much. You give me small bits of hope every day. Poor baby can’t reach to clean back there so I have to wipe her up. She tries to reach and just can’t. Lol

I would be cautious using a topical on her at this point, but I'm a bit paranoid.
I wouldn't get these from a store if possible, only a vet.
Do you have a flea comb? I'd try that first.

I'd also try a flea comb first, could have been a loner flea that made it's way in.

It very well may be just a loner. They just scare me because I’m so incredibly allergic. May have over reacted a bit. I do have a flea comb. I’ll try it. I definitely was skeptical about anything over the counter. Just so scary.

Silly kitty is feeling better today. She is actually being vocal right now but not excessive. It’s the first time she meowed all week though so I’m happy to hear her talking.

She is. And since she isn’t eating I gave her a tiny bit of the KMR as well

First day she has been vocal but she is wanting out of this room. I can’t let her because of the other animals. I tried for a short period the other day and she attacked one of them.

She's looks like she's saying, "Mom, I feel much better now. I go out there?"

So I let our smallest cat in because she babies him and she is going crazy. Vocalizing and pacing like crazy. Keeps bathing him.

She definitely is. I held and walked out for a bit but wouldn’t let her roam. When I saw how she purred towards Bean I let him in.
