Micro greens my boss grew with avocados, tomatoes, carrots, radishes and balsamic vinegar and lime juice for dressing. Yum. Basically just an awesome salad.
I Can't wait until my lettuces and greens hurry up and grow.
My boss always makes great veggie dishes for our work sessions.

Leftover strawberry ice cream from the freezer (I think I'm going to be glad when the strawberries are gone....until next year.)

The salsa almonds are from a local discount store.


Gatorade. :rolleyes: liquids for today because of a procedure tomorrow. BUT I can have coffee with sugar!!! :D :clap::clap: and popsicles. :D

A double serving of plain boiled broccoli, a serving of Cuban-Style Picadillo (turned out fantastic..we loved it), an Oikos full fat Banana Cream yogurt.  Great meal.
