A fruit/vege smoothie I have been making them for breakfast. Spinach, Kale, Pinneapple, Blueberries, Banana... with a little water/ice! AND coffee, which I am sipping now

Not all, the last thing I had was a fudge brownie with walnuts. It was one of those small two bite brownies though which helps a little.

Lunch.  That consisted of my bring home leftovers from the restaurant last night.  It was liver and onions, baked sweet potato and green beans.  For dessert, I ate an orange.

My every-single-day breakfast - corn tortillas with soy "pepper jack cheese" and chipotle salsa (quesadillas), some fruit (today it is fruit cocktail), coffee, and some fruit juice (today it is limeade), with my vitamins.
