Today is a non-egg breakfast day for me.  I had a tin of smoked rainbow trout, and sautéed some red cabbage, scallion and sweet red and yellow mini-bell peppers (in organic macadamia nut oil).  Yummo!

1 egg over medium, 1 cup mung bean sprouts with 2 scallions sautéed in the grease from a fairly lean piece of sugar-free British Bacon, 1 oz. Greve cheese.  This was a big breakfast - and yummy!  I  only eat eggs 3 to a max of 4x per week now, and really enjoy my "egg day".

I've never heard of Greve cheese, Pat.

I had, are you ready Pam? ;).....

Cucumber margaritas, nachos and guacamole. :lol3: I went out for lunch with a friend.

That sounds interesting, Mani. Love both of them and I just adore blue cheese.

A few pretzels

And I truly mean that in the best way possible! I've never had a cucumber margarita!! Was it wonderful stuff?? It sounds great! And guacamole!

And you didn't invite me.

Mani, thank you. C & P. The soup looks divine and that onion jam toast looks so good, too. What a good way to use cauliflower.
