I just made cookies for our local Fire Department whom worked so hard during our recent storm. SOOOOOOO talk about drooling :drool: AND blowing my calorie intake for today....

Peanut Butter Butterscotch cookies - about four (or five :scratch: who's counting)

Didn't want much for my breakfast - it's a non-egg day so...1 tin of smoked oysters, 1/2 very small homegrown poblano and a scallion.  Decaf with 2 oz. half and half.  Yes, I certainly do eat non-traditional breakfast foods!!

I made a pumpkin, sweet potato and zucchini soup and added some tandoori paste. Served it with a dollop of lite sour cream, spring onions(scallions) and roti. It's winter here.

OMG! Those sound delicious


I had a low carb sesame bagel with some low fat swiss cheese. I'm sipping some coffee right now.
