Didn't sleep too well last night but it's the Friday thing with Mom. Especially if we want to eat I have to do it. Still have to get all my cams in proper position, write, prepare for my writing class, make money with surveys and videos and of course keep an eye on Trouble, I mean Treasure.

I did not sleep well either. Gracie woke me up at 10:30 playing in the litter box. Didn't fall back asleep until after 1am and I get up for work at 2:30. Tonight is the babies' last vet visit for their vaccinations. 
I think my back may be a percentage point better. I slept really good... still groggy today.
I got a large muscle spasm, can feel the knot, in right lower back. I have some arthritis in the spine, and have always had a bad back. I pulled it out when I was in my 20's, in work; by moving a patient by myself. I was foolish not to claim it back then.
I think I caused it by not sleeping correctly, twisted due to Geoffrey cuddled up against me, and sheet being like a straight jacket around me... I was scooping his box, twisted and turned the wrong way...
Have been taking Advil and Tylenol. I cannot take that for very long. I put a call in to my PCP, for a muscle relaxant. I cannot find the left over pills from January. I think I threw them out, by mistake...d am....
Asked for a refill today... I can do the 2 doses of Advil today, but after that, no more; due to other medical issues.

I came across this old photo of me and my brothers. We were in DC. Believe it or not, I'm the oldest one 
I'm the oldest and shortest too, lol. I'm 5'4", my brothers are 6'2" and 6'3", I think. My dad was 6'5" in his prime but now he's down to 6'3". My mom is 5'2". I guess I didn't get much from my dad's side :/.

maybe you should try sleeping without a pillow or buy an orthopedic mattress?... or even a special bed?...
I just saw Shaman. 3 blocks away. Sadly we were on our way for Mom’s appointments. She looks well.
This might be a stupid question, but it's something I really don't want to screw up. I need to replace the light bulb that's over my bathroom sink, but I can't read the printing on it. The only thing I can read clearly is 150 lumens. Does that correspond to watts at all?

Normally there is a # on the round part of the bulb that says what wattage it is.

You sure it's not 1500 lumens? That equates to 100 watt bulb.That part's unreadable
It says 150 lumens, but you might be right.

Do you just have one bulb in your bathroom? 100 watts seems pretty bright if more than one.
There's also the fan light.

It says 150 lumens would be a 10w bulb and I'm not even sure they make those. So probably a zero rubbed off. Was it pretty bright?

Yeah, it was. It needs to be bright in there because there's no window.

A night light bulb is about 5 watts so yeah, I'm thinking a zero rubbed off.
Eee, lookit this Monarch caterpillar munching a milkweed! I knew being lazy about weeding would pay off, lol.
