You guys are all too nice to me, I might become lazy if such keeps up!
Anyway, you can see how my disaster has developed here, it is all of my exercise in Polar activity tracker service. Calories are just those burned while exercising, have to add over 2000 kcal (or more) from BMR to get daily totals.
Other indoor usually means chopping firewood, but also longer bike rides as GPS tracking consumes too much battery for anything longer than 3 hours, so if my day needs for example 3 of 1 hour long sessions, I use other indoor profile as there is nothing else really fitting.
Today's numbers are not yet in, but slowly I'm getting back on it, these tools are great in motivating, but I would really need to figure out some goal and plan to reach it, doing all these chores and getting fat percentage down is of course a goal, but something bigger with some competitive element would work for me.
It's just that I'm rather alone here in nothingness and only thing to compete is me. So if things get across my path a lot, it is hard to keep up, so I need to figure out something for next autumn and winter.
Oh today I did around 50 minutes of wood chopping, but I think I go to walk now as there is bit less pollen in air. Trying to get that 1700 calories deficit allowance maxed out today.
