Dearest Antonio65 Antonio65 I have been gone from the forum for a week and was deeply saddened to hear about Pallina's plight. She will be in my thoughts and prayers tonight. :hearthrob: Every member on TCS is pulling for your precious girl. :grouphug: May she rally from her surgery and bring you a miracle. :crossfingers:

Folks, wow, I've been overwhelmed by your messages of affection, love and prayers.
I have opened up TCS and found this

Wow, 66 alerts, all in a single thread! Thank you so so much!

I just called the clinic. Pallina has spent a peaceful night (it's 10 am over here right now). Her conditions are stable, her temperature has got to normal values, yesterday she was 35.4°C (95.7°F) 4 hours after the surgery.
She's eating through the E-tube that they placed during the operation, she reacts to what happens around, but she's very weak.
Her prognosis is still critical and guarded for the next 36-48 hours, so she's not out of this nightmare yet.

I will be able to see her today in the afternoon, around 5 pm CET (11 am EST, 8 am PST).

Please, keep praying for her, I'm more than sure that most of the success in this ordeal comes from you all, fantastic people!

Hugs to you all! :grouphug:

Antonio, I learned of your plight with Pallina, I want to add my prayers to the many others .Surely God will hear so many, will answer with mercy and healing......
She is a fighter, just like you. She will not give up until the last battle is fought, she will live forever if love can save her.
You will surely be blessed for giving such good care and for loving these little ones in your care so much. I, for one, have no doubt at all that her love for you is so strong she will fight all she can to be reunited with all she loves. She is a warrior Princess now, her love for you makes her strong.
Dear God in heaven, have mercy on this precious little girl. She and her family have been through so much, please let it be your will to bring her home!

I've been thinking and sending prayers for you and Pallina since I read about this. I am so sorry I haven't reached out sooner. Please know I've been sending you and Pallina healing thoughts and praying for her to pull through this like the fighter she is.

I wish there was a way I could send someone to give you a hug and hold your hand through this from me and Mika. Keep your head up Antonio65 Antonio65 ! I'll keep sending prayers and ask others to do the same.

Again, folks, thanks a billion! :grouphug:

I appreciate and welcome every single post, thought or purraise you are sending this way.
To those who say they are late in joining and following this thread I want to say that it doesn't matter how soon you add your thought and support, what it does matter is that you're here! :thanks:

Latest news.
Yesterday in the late afternoon I went to visit her, she was still lying on a side, but she raised her head when she saw me walking in the room where she is. And she started purring loudly. She couldn't stand but gave me some head butts, then she rested her head on my hand. We stayed like this for some minutes.
The vet told me that she had just had her meal through the E-tube and she was fine.
They're are feeding her 30-40% her required food, then they will increase as from today.
I left the room and Pallina after 20 minutes. I would have liked to stay forever, but I didn't want to stress her out, she needs to rest.

I called the clinic a few minutes ago and the vet told me she had just eaten and taken her medicine (E-tube) and that was getting some cuddles.
She was standing, this morning, so it tseems there's a slight improvement.

I'll see her again today at 3 pm CET (9 am East coast, 6 am Pacific coast).

Thanks, you are great indeed!!!
