A meatball to try it after I just made over 60 mini ones.
a serving of the beef burrito casserole i made today, a few pieces of (canned) pineapple chunks in juice, and 3 vanilla sandwich cookies. that was my lunch, several hours ago.

Asiago bagel with cream cheese from Panera.
Scrambled eggs with avocado and tomato. So good!
farina (cream of wheat hot cereal), two hard boiled eggs, and juice -- my breakfast, several hours ago.
beef burrito casserole, 4 or 5 canned pineapple chunks with juice, and 3 vanilla sandwich cookies -- my lunch.
Three vanilla wafers to keep my blood sugar from bottoming out before the pork chop finishes baking.

A few table spoons of unsweetened organic applesauce and one Dr. Ohhira's probiotic capsule. I'm trying to be good! (Because I was bad earlier - fudge and coffee for breakfast. Don't judge me!)

Rick bought me a small bag of peanut M & Ms yesterday; he thought I'd deserved a bit of a treat as the crap between Mollipop and Muffin have me through the roof again. I ate some of those last night.
