I made two small pans of cornbread last night to use in the stuffing today. And while I was cubing the cornbread, I munched on a couple cubes.

A large, hunkin' piece of white coconut cake last night. My sister came over last night and we both enjoyed our cake.

Just finished breakfast:  1/2 cup oatmeal with a sprinkling of cinnamon and 3/4 cup nonfat milk. And a small Granny Smith apple. With my coffee.

Midnight snack: Toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese.

We visited with friends last night and enjoyed pizza with sausage and mushrooms.
