Yogurt with granola
Just finished breakfast: coffee with almond milk, yogurt with granola.
two hard boiled eggs, juice, and a bowl of generic capn crunch with crunch berries cereal and milk -- my breakfast, a few hours ago or so.
A sandwich made on garlic naan bread with chicken, bbq sauce and mozzarella cheese. I put it on the panini press to make it warm and toasty. It was really good.
a cup of tea along with some popcorn
chicken noodle soup, pepper-jack cheese and crackers, and several spoonfuls of canned pineapple chunks with some of the (pineapple) juice it came packed with -- my lunch.
Potato pancake with sour cream
An egg McMuffin and a large coke from McDonald's....I had to go to the woman's clinic for my annual, I figured I needed a bad-for-me treat after being violated and felt-up

Some Oreo cookies last night. Drinking my morning coffee now.
Breakfast burritos.
Some pretzels. they were filled with peanut butter but it was so dry that I dumped the fillings out and ate the pretzels. Had a bit of coffee and a Dasani berry sparkling water to go with them. the breakfast of champions.
I just had a banana....not enough to kill the hunger...

chicken noodle soup, pepper-jack cheese and crackers, 3 or 4 (canned) pineapple chunks with some juice they're packed in, and 4 vanilla sandwich cookies -- my lunch.
Beef and Broccoli with fried rice from Panda Express...wasn't as good as anticipated, the fortune cookie was the best part!
