The chicken wings I made for dinner. They were so good. I coated them with shake n bake, then made honey garlic sauce and added a bit of Franks red hot sauce on them when tossing them in the sauce.

A bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit (without most of the biscuit because I'm gluten intolerant) and a cup of coffee with cream from Bojangles.

A small bite of the meat for my shepherds pie to try it out. I've never made one from scratch before, I usually just add a can of mushroom soup as the sauce in it.

I'm heating up some turkey noodle soup I made a little while ago and froze in individual portions.

Don't tell the weight loss support group here at the site, but I just polished off a bowl of Turkey Hill's Natural chocolate mint chip ice cream.  Shhhhh!

It's Ok. Ice cream is a vegetable by product...

Milk & cream come from cows who eat vegetation so they count as that also

Sugar- is a plant

Mint is a plant

Vanilla is a plant

Chocolate comes from cocoa which is a plant plus some of the above

The way I see it, you just had 6 servings of vegetables!! Well done! They will be so proud!!

It's all in how you look at it.

I wanted to make sure I answered this before I ate something bad :D

A grilled market salad from chik-fil-A with my own homemade dressing and tea sweetened with stevia!
