I'll tell them you said hi when they get here!Spose you could always ask...
I just heard and saw a flock of Sandhill Cranes and then some Canadian geese, headed south. Migrations like these are incredible!

Wa... what is that stuff?!
Cinnamon gives it a woodsy taste. I use it all the time. I love Indian spices. Cumin. Curry. And of course a touch of cayenne pepper. That looks good!
It's just funny that I put in tomatoes, carrots, and onions and it doesn't taste like tomatoes, carrots, or onions . And the cinnamon from the garam masala smelled really strong when I put it in, and I thought, ugh, it's gonna taste like waffles or something. But nope, can't even taste the cinnamon now. How come other cultures didn't learn how to blend spices like that? Maybe India is just really good at growing the right spices.
SNOW??!!!
I know. It's so horrible. to that.Wa... what is that stuff?!

Instant Pot Double Up Indian Chicken Tikka MasalaWhat have you been making?
Wowza, all of it looks and sounds delicious!Instant Pot Double Up Indian Chicken Tikka Masala
Instant Pot Butter Chicken
and last night I made this curry:
Basic Indian Curry | Pressure Cooker Indian Curry
but I modified it a little by adding some carrots for body and blending it afterward like the butter chicken (maybe it's supposed to be blended but the author forgot to mention it?). And I added some cream afterward because I put in too much cayenne.
Yep, and super easy too. I'm an extremely lazy cook, lol.Wowza, all of it looks and sounds delicious!
