No, actually we are talking about paws...err...pause while eating by someone who can't spell. It's probably a paws for thought.

If half-closed is the same as half-open, then what is the opposite of half-open?
Fully open silly!

Actually, they are realistic depictions, because living humans themselves are full of themselves, whereas taken individually, they are empty inside.

Why does the world suck?

Wow- so very true, really good analysis

I don't know why anyone thinks the world sucks- why?

Why some people appear bright before you hear them talk?

Of course the world sucks. If it didn't, we'd fall off it.

Now, the bright before - talk later answer flashes in my memory and rings in my ears later, because light travels faster than sound.

If Schrödinger’s cat commits a crime, will he be wanted dead or alive?

If you don't open the box then he still can't " get away " with it' he will simultaneously be wanted both dead and alive

There has been a Houdini-style disappearance of the newcomer from this thread.

Now to the cowboy. If he left the town in between on foot for 4 days, he could still stay 3 days and ride out on his horse on Friday.
But if his horse is called Friday, he could ride in and out any time, always on Friday.

Would you call an escaping cat Hairy Houdini?

I would call the cat in the picture a Fluffy Houdini. But "Hairy Houdini" was the name given to an Orangutan who escaped many times from his enclosure at the San Diego Zoo.

Get into a heated argument.

If a boy named after his dad is called junior, what do you call a girl named after her mom?

Apparently, the word junior is not gender-specific and also be used for girls. This, I have just learned myself because of this question.

The trouble with the above answer is that it's not silly. So, I'd try using junioress for a girl.

I like both heroes so I could not pick. But I am sure the battle would be super and beat the bat out of playing solitaire.

Well, I've never heard of a squareabout, but I suppose, if a couple of tracks knock off parts of it, it could become a polygonabout.

Why do we say people work like dogs if they work all day, while dogs do nothing but lie around?

The trouble with constructions, especially public works, roads etc, is that they go on forever, so we never find out what's under them.

Well most of us who take a calculated risk have a gut feeling. So, those calculations must be roaming around there somewhere.

The ancient Greek philosopher Diogenes was going round looking for an honest man. And the owl, being the bird of wisdom and symbol of ancient Athens, carries on the search, which, apparently, has been unsuccessful in all these years.

Should people who visit a psychiatrist have their heads examined?

I don’t think that having your head examined would help in this case as it the thoughts that require the expertise of a psychiatrist. Perhaps if your thoughts were under your hat, then your head would need to be examined. While not really a silly answer, perhaps this will make you laugh.

Anonymous – Laughter is the best medicine. But if you laugh for no reason, you may need medicine.

On the above note, if laughter is the best medicine what is the worst medicine?

The obvious answer would be not to laugh. But I'd prefer to say, the worst medicine is to take too many medicines.

How do you know if a cat is a genius?
