I should know better to post at 7am what I think I'll be eating for dinner several hours later. It often changes on a whim. I'm just not that organized. :dizzy:

I just pulled out of the oven 4 miniature "bread bowl" pizza puffs. I had leftover pizza dough from the other day. On two, I put cream cheese on the dough and topped with some of that peach-pineapple salsa (not exactly "pizza" flavors). On the other two, I mixed pizza sauce with sausage and sliced olives on the base and topped with mozz/prov cheeses.

EITHER hot dogs with cheese and onions, OR stuffing waffles, OR tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwich. Depends on what I feel like dealing with when I get done here. I do need to do the stuffing waffles by Saturday, though. LOL, I puree a can of cranberry sauce in the blender for "syrup."

The minestrone will happen probably tomorrow. Maybe even Saturday. MAYBE NOT AT ALL. (Tries to look dramatic, but ends up looking like someone who realizes they're both constipated AND locked their keys in the truck at the same time.)
Which means tonight for us, since we're both dragging like lethargic slugs, it'll be a big bucket of random food thrown in a pan until it's hot. It's Cowboy Cook-out Night. And I'm A-OK with that.

It not only walked out of the refrigerator, it asked to borrow my razor

Edit: Maybe it's got a hot date tonight with old, weird green leftover thing I unearthed from the back of the bottom shelf, made an "UERGH" noise, and threw it into the garbage.
Do you think it was a brownie? leftover hamburger or steak? I call it the Botulism Special because the world will never know.

Don't mind that loud nonstop thumping sound at your back door. It's just Baby Girl thinking she can break it down to help herself to a turkey thigh of her own.
We (well I really ) would be happy to share with her. The girls got their share. Lily had some from my plate then I shredded the rest and it went on top of their dinner. They loved it.
