Last night we had scalloped potatoes,baked hand breaded pork chops and peas.Been a long time since I've fixed potatoes like that and they were a nice change.Tonight was leftover stuffed squash and some warmed up focaccia.
Heehee. I don't post a lot of days, because I'm just reheating leftovers. Yesterday, I was too lazy to even reheat leftover stir-fry chicken or pizza. Those went in the freezer. I only "cook" two or three days a week, but cook BIG.orange&white didn't cook??
I was with you until the peach. I am not a peach fan. I've had cranberry salsa before and it was really good.Junk food. I didn't feel like cooking, so I just made a dip with softened cream cheese blended with peach-pineapple salsa to eat with chips. Coffee ice cream with chocolate chunks for dessert.
