Fried chicken livers, green beans, turnip greens, and sweet iced tea.
An English muffin with swiss cheese.
I like to take an English muffin, add pasta sauce and melt some swill cheese on it.
It is almost like eating pizza.

I went to Chick-fil-a for the first time and got a chicken breakfast burrito. It wasn't bad.
I stopped by Burger King and got a veggy burger, fries and a diet coke.

I'm going grocery shopping this morning and I'm going to get some ice cream. Probably peanut butter and chocolate. I get real sweaty when I go shopping and I've gotten into the habit of buying ice cream at the store and eating some of it when I get home to cool myself off.
Right now I'm eating tostitos and pimento spread.

i had several spoonfuls of vanilla ice cream, to cool myself down after finishing the daily chores.
pork fried rice -- my dinner.
Some whole wheat vanilla animal cookies from Nature Box and a glass of milk- late last night.

I mentioned to a friend of mind that I could not find a bagel slicer. She just happened to go to a Bed Bath & Beyond and found one for me. It is so nice and it works really well. She also brought me a little fan to hang around my neck. That really helps my sweating problem. I was able to get both items for a gift certificate my nephew gave me years ago.

They have so many gadgets at Bed, Bath and Beyond! I don't normally use a slicer though.
Hmmm, I could use a fan like that around my neck when I'm on the treadmill.
