Boone gets so jealous when Gracie knocks over the laundry hamper and uses it as her personal cave. Boone will make one attempt to take over the hamper but never wins. So he waits until Gracie leaves and can get in. But Gracie always returns to recapture her fort and Boone is kicked out promptly.

update: it seems like rivel sprained her back leg. the doctor said it's very unlikely to have broken bone, and she checked for ulcers, didn't find anything. it's most likely just a sprain, they told me just let her rest and watch her for signs of it getting worse or not getting better after 3-4 days.

Oh no! I hope she feels better soon.

She is still recovering. But at least she's relaxed. Still won't eat too much unless i hand feed food to her. What else i can do? Also worried about her calorie intake. What's high calorie food she can eat while recovering?

Rivel is still limping. She stayed on my bed 95% of the time. Today she ate a whole can of cat food. I still have to hand feed her but much better appetite than before. She ate decent amount of kibble too. I have to bring her water bowl to the bed. She can come down and use the litter box with some effort, but the limp doesn't seem to get better. But that's maybe because on sunday i brought her to the vet again, and she trashed around. It might made her injury worse. But the vet assured us it's not fracture or broken bones.

Phoebe the Mighty Hunter has been absorbed in chittering at this thing on the window (circled in red). It’s not a bug ... it’s bird poo and it’s been there two days.
