Update - she did, shortly after I came to lie down on the bed beside her! Could be her way of demanding company, lol. They’re both now having dins.

Mine is taking a small nap. He was on the living room sofa bed when I was in the kitchen but moved as soon I moved. Now he is sleeping on the small mattress I put on the floor.

I think rivel is unwell. She's been sleeping a lot since monday, but then she's still mostly eating normal. 1 day of sleeping is usually normal is she zoom around in the night. Yesterday i had some thing to take care so i went out all day, so sadly i didn't observe her much. Today she's still sleeping a lot and more lethargic. She walks slowly, doesn't climb upstairs nor to her desktop bed, she ate half the portion she usually does. I am gonna take her to the vet tomorrow and get her checked out.

I’m TRYing to learn “Stray Cat Strut,” but running into obvious difficulties. I think he’s saying: “But you HAVE a stray cat!”

Both of mine are stalking a mouse. This is going to be a long stalk; it's been going on for days. But I saw the mouse this morning, so they for sure have something to go on. At least it keeps them busy and focused.

update: it seems like rivel sprained her back leg. the doctor said it's very unlikely to have broken bone, and she checked for ulcers, didn't find anything. it's most likely just a sprain, they told me just let her rest and watch her for signs of it getting worse or not getting better after 3-4 days.

My cats have now got the mouse on the lam, and they're chasing it all over the kitchen. They like to play cat and mouse in the kitchen because the floor is slick and the mouse slides around.
