Oh just look at those darling nuggets of Tera's [emoji]10084[/emoji]️[emoji]10084[/emoji]️[emoji]10084[/emoji]️
They look super healthy and strong. You are Tera are doing such a great job nurturing them.

Do you think Mook would tolerate Tera and the babies inside if you had them in a separate room that Mook could not get in and Tera could not get out?
Mook is alpha , Tera is alpha on mommy steroids. I can keep the two separated my concern would be for the welfare of the babies. I took this on knowing it was going to be at least a 4 week hassle. I am committed to making it work for all of my cats. Tera remains a question mark.

Love those pictures.

Yes, one of them does have an obvious W and the other a strong M mark on the forehead.

That could give you a clue to naming them.

William and Mary? Wanda and Micky? Wiggle and Muffin?

I can't figure out the sex. I mean we thought Kitten was a boy until we realized at several months she had no noggies back there. Maybe some bottom pictures later and you guys can help me figure this one out.  Everyone is fine this morning.  I had 4.5 beautiful hours of sleep last night. I see the opportunity for a few more.

Tera is living the high life. LOL  I love those golden eyes.  I'm thrilled that she loves to be held.  What a sweetheart, and those little ones.  My goodness, what a sweet family.

Congratulations again.  Amazing job.

I hate having her penned. However it's acceptable until she is spayed and she is learning or relearning to use the litter box and a scratcher. So the outdoor pens are scrubbed and sanitized. I have most of my indoor litter boxes done. She put the babies right into the nesting box this morning. I am starting to feel confident she would tend them properly at night if I skipped crating her. Opinions ?

It appears you can start worming the babies at 2 weeks. Is there a safe OTC I can use. All of the vet bills are out of pocket so I'd like to save where I can. Plus I'd like to avoid transporting them at this point.

Since Bob works nights I usually end up sleeping in the living room. So they don't spend that much time in there anyway. I gotta go find them we have a storm coming in. I was battening down the hatches outside. d

Mook seems fine and I doubt Mercy cares. They've had a week to get used to each other's smells. This is out of sight no contact though. I just worry about Tera and the babies too much to let them continue outside.

Now who won the betting pool on when they'd be in the door ?

LOL..I was thinking it would be soon but I was giving it a little longer while you tested the waters with Mook [emoji]128569[/emoji]

I'm glad you were able to figure out a way to get them in. It will be easier on you (and less worry for you) plus safer for Tera and the babies. I'm happy to hear that thus far Mook seems ok [emoji]128077[/emoji]

Yes well the husband may be living in Tera's outdoor crate if the next time he lets Mook into the bedroom. They hissed at each other and now Mercy is scuttling around.  Now the reality is we don't have the square footage to keep all of them. I'm really hoping to get Tera rehomed and probably one of the babies.  But they're safe and oh my gosh I can sleep tonight. I mean sleep and not get up 20 times to make sure we don't have predators in the yard. Sleep !

That is the old goose house. It is beyond filthy and this whole pile is supposed to be at the dump. Except I keep spending my dump money on vet bills. There is no way I could leave Tera and her babies in there. And this folks is the kind of choice an outdoor cat mommy has to make when looking for a place to have her babies.  I throw things in there as we get them gathered up and often I turn the tank sprayer on it to kill any mosquitoes lave that might be there.  I got to give her credit though. Even a yote would have had a hard time getting in there.

So Mercy is behind the drapes but mostly fine. Mook seems to care very little. Tera has been frontlined and had revolution within a week of each other so I see no flea issues.  The babies will never go back out. I may put Tera in the outdoor cage for a few hours a day starting next week to give her a baby break.

~curtsys~  My undying gratitude for the kitty porn.  Lovely tail shots.  I need help.  Serious, professional help.

I'm just overwhelmed with the size of your wonderful heart, my Dear.  Hugs to the new family,  I know you will move heaven and earth to find a good home for Tera.
