Didn’t think of that and it would look awesome. I had a beautiful one that also came from moms. The day after I set it out we had put hail storm and it was smashed to pieces but I could buy another.Use to support a gazing globe is my suggestion

Must be a "male" thing. I live with three of them and they all do it unless I catch them in the act and give them the stink eye.LTS3 We have a little over 1-1/3 acres. I used to be able to mow it by push mower. There's no way now. Well, maybe, but not all in one day. The guy who owns the property behind us push mows his property; no house, just some trees and a shed. That's 1.80 acres. Til he's done with the last of it, he has to start over. But I will say he does a good job and keeps after it. He had told Rick last year that he was getting a riding mower this spring, but, so far, he hasn't.
klunick New car? Nice! Congrats! BTW, Rick does the same thing with his dirty dishes.
I spent yesterday afternoon mulching around the WeShed. We only got one scoop, but I'm going to need another one. It's made a big difference in the hydrangeas. This morning, I went out while my coffee was dripping and they are lovely. I've been watering them like crazy, almost every day due to the lack of rain, but, hopefully I can take a break. Rick is moving daffodils from areas in the yard that we no longer want them and taking them over by the WeShed. We need to move more Hosta over, too. And I'm looking for Christmas rose plants, but can't find them. Heck, I can't even find a spider plant for the bathroom! Years ago, spider plants were all over the place. I'm going to try ferns for the area in back of the Shed as that gets a lot of morning sun, but then sits in shade the rest of the time. And because of the swale that Rick created back there, it's fairly moist.
- Rick is picking up the Kindle this morning. When he returns home, we're going for another soaker hose for the garden. Target has scripts for me, so I need to get them.
- Move 3 Hosta plants, then finish that scoop of mulch
- Work on a grocery list. Usually, by the end of our grocery month, the fridge is getting bare!
My son had that problem as a teen. It was only when I started stacking the sink dishes in his room that he realized the dishwasher was a better place to put them .Yesterday:
Work
Pick up grocery order
Quick clean of kitchen (men folk in the house don't know that dirty dishes go in dishwasher, not sink )
Collect trash and take to curb
Clean litter boxes
Today:
Work
Buy new car
Pick up dinner
Eh... it's not that big of a deal really. Just makes me scratch my head the logic behind not taking the next step to put it in the dishwasher. Usually it's just a glass and/or bowl in the sink at any given time. Never a huge pile of stuff. My son had that problem as a teen.
