Dark roast black this morning and a hot Americano while out this afternoon.
Lemon tea tonight. And I have to tell you, I'm about ready to toss out the rest of the pods and just stock up on lemon and peppermint teas. Now, there are several others that I have really enjoyed. but I keep going back to those two!
Also, I have my chocolate selections made. I'll get full boxes of the Mexican, the Peanut butter cup, and the Carnival (salted caramel).
If I had more counter space, I'd order another K-cup carousel, and fill it with Community Coffees, the Dark roast with chicory, the Golden Caramel, and the Pecan Praline!

They are mom's roommate's cups & house! I agree, I love those cups. Dad was with me at Tim Hortons & the deli. That's his arm in the two top photos. He had black coffee & ice cream. I had cappuccino of course, 4 total today.
At least your mom hasn’t passed on her hoarding tendencies to her roommate.
M maggiedemi : just wanted to say I'm so happy to see you getting out and about so often, and also seeing that you and your Mom appear to have a pretty good relationship now. It must feel so good, after so many stressful years.
Back to the thread topic, I'm still having my 1 cup of suisse mocha a day, and usually a cup of my lemon green tea too.

Yeah, I go out Friday, Saturday, Sunday. It's the only way I can get myself to do my housework, if I look forward to Tim Hortons on Friday! I get along fine with mom, since she can't block the washing machine anymore. Her roommate has complained about her hoarding food & her totes full of stuff everywhere!
Today I am drinking 4TB vanilla cappuccino powder mix from a small store, 1TB Pumpkin Caramel Syrup that my friend bought me, 1/2TB Taster's Choice French Roast Instant Coffee, 1/4 Cup Coffeemate Pumpkin Spice Liquid Creamer, 1/2Tsp Pumpkin Spice Powder, in a cup of hot milk. Wow that was a lot to type!

Two cups of dark roast black coffee today. After working in the yard this afternoon I could probably use another cup.
If you really want to smell pumpkin spice, you need to bake a pumpkin pie. The smell in the house is just heavenly.
Very chilly here tonight. I think hot chocolate. Not sure what flavor just yet. I may spin the carousel, close my eyes, and grab one!

Do you guys tip at Tim Hortons, Dunkin, Starbucks? I never even thought of it. Not sure if they accept tips here? I never saw a tip jar. I will look this weekend.

If I pay with cash and get change I'll usually put the coins in the tip jar.
Sometimes I'll give a dollar to the coffee stand that's at the farmer's market since it's a super small business and they basically recognize me at this point.

I always use my debit card. I don't carry change anymore. They never mention a tip. I don't think it asks for a tip on the app.
I found out there are 3 Tim Hortons on the Indian Reservation! So I'm gonna take a ride out there Friday & hit all 3. Hee hee. I think 2 of them are takeout only. That's weird. That's the whole point of getting coffee, you sit down & savor it.

Now that I think about it, the Starbucks in the casino did have a place to put a tip when I inserted my card, on the screen. But I didn't because it was so expensive! I've never seen a tip screen when I insert my card at Tim Hortons. I will look closer next time. I'm going there Friday for sure.

I couldn't agree more!
I treasure my coffee and don't want to chug it down but rather sit, relax and enjoy the flavor.It depends, i.e. if it's an independent coffee shop I always tip but if it's a chain like Starbucks I usually don't since their prices keep going up, up, up.
Two cups of dark roast black every day this week, probably won't go out for coffee until the weekend.
Cocoa tonight. Real, made from scratch cocoa, with unsweetened cocoa powder, milk, sugar, a HINT of real butter, and real, actual marshmallows!
That's how I feel about my Suisse Mocha. I just love the flavour, even if it's more chocolate-y than coffee-y.

Went out to the Rez this morning. Didn't get a pic because they have no chairs. I just stood inside & drank it. Tim Hortons takeout only. They said I could drink it in the restaurant next door, but I didn't feel like it. Had a Vanilla Latte with soy milk & 4 sugars. Yum! I really love it made with soy! The lady goes-- Here you go Beautiful! That was a nice touch!
Then I went to another Tim Hortons, but they only had Oat Milk. That wasn't very good. Pumpkin spice latte with oat milk & 3 sugars. She put whip cream on it and it overflowed! So I sat down and drank it through a straw! They did have nice padded benches, so I'll go back & order something different. Didn't get a pic there either since it was messy!
