Mint Green tea
Do you add anything to this or drink plain?

So where are coffee creamers in the grocery store? Refrigerated section? And how long do they last once opened?
Yes, they are refrigerated. I've kept them open for 2 weeks maybe? At least a week anyway. They have chocolate ones.
I'm going back to the cappuccino powder mixes though, I like them better.

I bought these to try with my grocery pickup.
Those look good. I prefer sweetened, but will drink either.

Drinking Aldi decaf instant coffee, milk, water, Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Sweet Cream Creamer, Peppermint Sugar.
I really don't like decaf! Maybe I would like that instant decaf espresso, but Target won't ship it for some reason.

All the coffee creamer comments has me tempted to try one. I'd have to buy some regular coffee, though, and it would have to be instant, since I'm not ready to buy a coffee maker.
Honestly, there is nothing like fresh coffee beans, i.e. instant coffee is not the same. You don't need a coffee maker either just an inexpensive coffee grinder will do. I heat up water in a tea kettle and do a pour over with the ground coffee beans and a Melitta coffee filter in a single cup pour over like this: 1-Cup Pour-Over™ Coffee Brew Cone - Black

Milk, Water, Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Sweet Cream Creamer, Taster's Choice French Roast Instant Coffee, and some crunchy Espresso Sugar. I wish I could dump this coffee and get some Espresso instead, but don't want to waste.

I just drink it plain, both the Lemon Green Tea, and the Mint Tea.

Ugh. Went to the grocery store today, and forgot to look for creamers. Oh well... next time.

Oh, that sounds interesting. Might have to look into it. Though, honestly, since I'm not a coffee person, the instant with a flavoured creamer might be good enough for me.

I didn't drink decaf tonight, since it's supposed to be 35 below zero, so it won't matter if the caffeine gives me night sweats.

Stay warm, those night sweats might come in handy! Although not -35F it's been pretty darn cold here too and the freezing rain the other day didn't help things either.

Currently, at 9:10am, it is 8 degrees... wind chill is -5... The wind is really wild out there...

I have been drinking a lot of tea.. This morning, I switch back to New England blend k-up coffee, with almond milk, and some maple syrup. Trader Joe's Almond milk vanilla yogurt.
I think I prefer the almond milk yogurt compared to the oatmilk yogurt.

Feeling very blah lately... lazy... not feeling like doing anything at all.. just wanting to hang out, cuddle with Geoffrey, eat junk food, and do nothing.. I have been in a funk since after the holidays..

I have been isolating myself a lot. Covid, Omicron is running pretty rampant in this building.
We have a telephone meeting with the Building's Director at 1pm... and I have a telephone doctors appointment at 10am.

Not eating the food in here, not stopping to talk to anyone.. Wearing a KN95 mask, ordering them for my friends. keeping Amazon in business. I have a ton of food in freezer and refrigerator, but are too lazy to cook.. instead, just eating junk.. my diet is shot.... I really do not like the winter, cold weather, and this hibernation from Covid is getting to me... I would rather be quarantined.. then I know there would be a reason for it....instead of being self-imposed...

What I cannot believe believe is how many massless people there are!! The Grocery store, and Trader Joes!! It is appalling... and sickening to me...

In here, I am tiered of the ones who are unmasked! They gave all the tenants in here ONE, KN95 mask. ONE.... people are Washing them!! OMG...

Ok, I am off subject... but...
I gotta go....
Do a quick brushing on Geoffrey, make my bed, jump in shower.. phone call..

It is cold in here! The cold is just coining through the windows... and walls... ugh..

More tea later..... I also have decaf tea... plenty of almond milk..
Gotta go......

Sounds to me that you have a busy pan. Now you just have to implement it. Have you considered taking a vitamin D supplement too boost your moody feelings? You could start a daily journal as a motivation tool. This way you could look back at your accomplishments. Then determine what next you can get done. I'm not a fan of this cold weather either. It's 6 degrees outside as I write.

Well I definitely got the night sweats, but it felt uncomfortable rather than warming, not sure why. I was kinda cold & sweaty at the same time. Negative 35 degrees! This morning is negative 10. Coldest day yet.

oatmilk yogurt
Oh, I wish I could try that! I don't think we have it here, but I will look. I don't like yogurt, but I love oatmilk, so maybe I would like it.

Same here. I was doing much better in the warmer weather before the pandemic when I could get out to restaurants, stores, and on my walks talking to neighbors. I've slipped back into the old ways. Hopefully I can get back in the spring.

Drinking-- Milk, Water, Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Sweet Cream Creamer, Taster's Choice French Roast Instant Coffee. I put too much instant coffee, now I feel like I'm gonna puke. It's so bland, so I kept adding more. I think I'm gonna order some Espresso and dump this. French Roast sucks!

It's because when you sweat it's wet, and that gets cold faster. It's like how it's freezing when you leave a swimming pool. Ideally, you want to be in that sweet spot where you're warm but not hot enough to sweat.

My cashew milk is pretty good in my coffee. I'll probably puta little in a chai tea later today. J was up at 6:50 and wouldn't go back to sleep, and I had trouble falling asleep last night, so I'm a bit tired.
