I don't know if you mentioned this previously but have you tried exercise? It doesn't necessarily have to be cardio. Pilates or yoga might be a good alternative since they can be relaxing and you feel so good afterwards.i have always struggled with my weight, and have never had long term success.
Would it help to see a female gynecologist, even if only for a second opinion? My first ob/gyn was male and I liked him too but ended up going to a female and when she retired I was referred to another female. This is one area of medicine where I think a woman physician can relate to what you're feeling.I'm just sick and tired of having do these d&c procedures, they are so painful. I know this sounds weird, but it almost feels like an awful violation (nothing against the gyno he is compassionate, and i genuinely like him) it just feels so awful to have someone scrapping somewhere so personal.
