So the other day NYT finally made me make an account to keep my wordle streak, which, okay, fine, but now I'm getting emails from them. M slept terribly last night so this morning I'm blearily checking my email and there was an email from the NYT about the 1000th wordle and I open it and boom, there's the answer (and above it in big letters to play wordle before scrolling down).

So now I've been spoiled. Knowing the word, I'd have probably gotten it in 4 again, so should I play it like normal and take that score, take my free spoiler gift and get the 1, or take a 7 for accidentally cheating?

I opened an account too, awhile ago. Didn't like being forced either. I did a rule in my email that sent the emails from them to spam, or I unsubscribed- can't remember which. But it worked. I wasn't going to stop Wordle!
