I hear those Ninja's are pretty good for making some hardcore blendies on a daily basis, you can even go buy bulk flax seed and all that fun business and grind it all up inside it too.

Blackened salmon with rice, broccoli and carrots.
BORING - and english muffin with strawberry spread. and coffee.
I just ate a salad of spinach leaves, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, can chicken (cats got some of the chicken before the vinaigrette dressing)

Bowl of cinnamon oatmeal!!!! side of blueberries. 
Corn on the cob, freshly picked and cooked by my f-i-l.
Hard boiled egg cheese and crackers and my sister and I split. an apple then I had some ROLLOS.
Swabian Schupfnudeln (rolled or potato noodles) with sauerkraut.
This morning I had my coffee with one cat tail in it. I drank it after I fished the tail out and blotted it. He said it didn't hurt so I retuned to drinking my coffee. What's one tail amoung friends.
2 eggs cooked in no-salt butter, some english cucumber sliced up with a dash of extra virgin olive oil and some no-sugar, no-salt rice wine vinegar. decaf coffee with 2 oz. half and half.
Homemade sweet potatoe and lentil soup.
Blueberry muffin!!
