Cherries and cantaloupe.
Some steamed homegrown rainbow swiss chard, 2 homegrown cherry tomatoes, 4 oz. of homemade roast beast 
Blueberries with whipped cream and honey
Milk chocolate coated raisins. Loads of them. BAD BAD BAD...
Homemade pesto on garlic bread. 
Quick oats with six prunes and skim milk.
Corn on the cob!
Banana and a little bowl of dates, dried apricots and prunes, with a cup of decaf tea.
