Tuna fish salad out of the container- no bread..
I have never heard of a broccoli bagel!! how was it?
A few places around here sell them. Today was half of a works bagel.

macaroni and cheese.
Thin crust pizza with bacon on it at around 7pm.

Some baby carrots. No dip, dressing, etc. Just the blasted carrots.
I love carrots but I can't chew them anymore.
I had a molar break and had to get it removed so now I have to chew on the other side and can't chew things like carrots, licorice, etc. My teeth have become too weak on that side.I had a grilled steak and cheddar cheese panini. The steak was marinating for almost 24 hours, my husband grilled it and we made paninis for lunch.

A baked tomato and cheese sandwich on almond flour bun. Yum! Before that, a brownie made with almond butter!
mac and cheese, some sweet bread & butter pickle slices, and the last of the strawberry jello -- my lunch.
grilled cheese sandwich, several raw cauliflower pieces with salad dressing dip, a few canned peach slices, and some vanilla pudding -- my lunch.
A maple cookie. About to have a fresh local peach that I got at the market.
Chocolate chip mini muffins and a double shot for breakfast.
Double shot of what??? It is 5 oclock somewhere I suppose.
I had 2 pretzel rods with my coffee which I am still drinking.

You can spread your peanut butter on a banana for a change.
