strawberry jelly seeds n 12 grain toast n 2 boiled eggs
Breakfast reheated sautéed potatoes, onion, spinach and cherry tomatoes. Whole wheat English muffin with cream cheese and raspberry seedless jam, 2 cups coffee![emoji]10084[/emoji]️[emoji]128077[/emoji]

1/2 cup of old-fashioned Quaker Oats with 1/2 cup nonfat milk....it's gotten to be my standard breakfast now.

bad girl. 2 Hot dogs on 12 grain bread with ketchup n relish. I couldnt eat all the bread=stuffed!
