Since I had garlic bread leftover,I took a container of spaghetti casserole out of the freezer and made us a salad to split,and that was a yummy dinner!

Creste de gallo pasta with cubed chicken (Costco rotisserie - I bone the chicken, make broth from the carcass and use meat for multiple meals such as this one), sauteed mushrooms, Steam-fresh green peas.

A cheese omelet for lunch, and probably waffles for dinner. I'm feeling very breakfasty today!

I made too much brown rice last night to go with our stir fry. So I took some of our Thanksgiving turkey out of the freezer last night and will be making turkey rice soup tonight.

probably be pulled pork sandwhiches and scalloped taters. easy microwave meal for gf to eat real fast after she gets off work. before she is off to hospital to see her mom

Baked potatoes with ff sour cream,pork chops seasoned with a new spice in my cabinet...ras el hanout... and green beans from the freezer.Made hubby an Amish pie that's pretty much a pecan pie but you add rolled oats to the mixture.I just took it out of the oven....looks and smells yummy.

I made this instant pot recipe that was a chicken stew with buttermilk biscuits. It was pretty good, though I picked all the peas out.

Our turkey and rice soup was yummy last night, but, to me, it was missing rivels. Since it had rice, I didn't make rivels and I was sorry. We have leftovers for Saturday's lunch and I may add rivels to that.

I have ground beef thawing in the fridge for meatloaf, either tonight or tomorrow night. If it's not completely thawed today, we'll do BLTs tonight. With a bit of coleslaw.

Pork fried rice was dinner tonight....loaded with more veggies than meat.Yummy!

Chicken strips with corn and mac and cheese for lunch. Dinner may well be a bowl of cereal. Right not the thought of an actual "meal" is vastly unattractive.

I had bacon that I needed to use, so we had BLTs last night.

Tonight's menu is meat loaf with scalloped potatoes and green beans for Rick and red beets for me. If I can find a peach pie in that mess in the chest freezer, we'll have that for dessert.

Hubby is trying his hand at cioppino tonight. I’m hoping my foccacia will turn out okay for it.

I have quite a selection of leftovers in the fridge and I think they're going to be dinner tonight.I gave hubby a choice of the leftovers or something else,and he said lets do the leftovers,so there we are.

I haven't posted in a few days but you didn't miss much, lol. I think I'm going to finish the rest of the butternut squash ravioli tonight. I like to have it over spinach leaves with EVOO and parmesan cheese. DH is planning to have a turkey burger on a bagel with some type of potato on the side and a salad. Honeycrisp apple for dessert.

I made a beef shwarama (I probably spelled that wrong) in the instant pot, that we had with pita bread and hummus.
