Stir fry of shrimp and mini wontons. Vegetables were baby bella mushrooms, red onion, sweet red pepper, celery, savoy cabbage. Served over rice.

Heated wok. Added oil. Started shrimp, removed when pink. Added mini wontons, removed when starting to brown. Added celery (used peeler to remove strings before cutting), mushrooms cut in pieces, sweet pepper cut in pieces. Tossed with oil in hot wok. Cut a wedge of savoy cabbage into slivers. Tossed with other vegetables. Added Herb-ox boullion and soy sauce, covered wok with lid. Waited a minute or so, added shrimp and mini wontons, recovered wok. Mixed corn starch with cold water, removed lid, thickened liquids. Plated over rice in heated dishes. Quick cooking in wok - the time was all in prepping vegetables.

Lunch: Veggie Sammich
Dinner: Great Value Cinnamon French Toast Bites, Fruit Cocktail Cup, 1TB Butter, 2TB Maple Syrup, Vegetarian Crumbles, 1TB Ketchup. These French Toast Bites are delicious! The Cinnamon Sugar on them is crunchy and so good.

Dinner: Great Value Cinnamon French Toast Bites, Fruit Cocktail Cup, 1TB Butter, 2TB Maple Syrup, 1/3 Cup Vegetarian Crumbles with 1TB Habanero Hot Sauce, 1/8Tsp Garlic Pepper Salt, and a few Carolina Reaper Cheese Puffs.
