strider rose
Oh my! We are honored by the presence of greatness! Lol I love the pictures. Artemis, you have a mighty bow! Hekitty, please don’t give your human the stink eye! She will turn to stone!
I’m just turned into mush. I’ve never had a cat that fetched. My heart opens up with every cat postcard you send!tarasgirl06 I bought one brand that was sold as “catnip” but had added lavender and other things . Oops! I discovered that something in the mix caused an allergy attack for me! Poor Toot! He would probably love the Silver Vine but I am wary of it now. He may have to “borrow” a cup if he visits. Lol Did you know you can root cuttings from your catnip plants? I managed to over winter some last year by putting the hanging basket inside in a cat cage. Lol I had to protect it from foraging felines. Toot is a precious big nipper! Lol Lady may have a kitty crush. She heard the wonderful crooning of Toot. He has quite a purr. People hear him over the phone!
pearl99 Lady is such a kind kitty. She always wants to check on any kitty that is not part of the group of inside kitties here. She and Mitsy are really the ones who saved little Wanda Heart. I never would have known she was outside if it had not been for the two of them. Mitsy brought her to the safety of the yard and the Gingerbread House and Lady led her the rest of the way and in to where I could get her. It took months for Wanda Heart to get well but those two saved her. It never ceases to amaze me when I watch the love of cats in action.
strider rose Yes! The photo really made me smile! Another one would be delightful. I will be excited to see what your wonderful imagination comes up with next time!
For anyone who is not familiar with the story of the rescue of Wanda Heart, she was a single kitten found and she was horribly infested with hookworm and other parasites and had a very long battle with Coccidia. She had lots of small wounds on her face and the front half of her body.
One of many vet visits.

How does Lady tell me when a kitty needs something? Catspeak!

Hooman, someone needs comforting. The expression on her face and her body language speaks volumes. pearl99 I agree. This kitty is amazing! Each kitty in their own way. I am always learning more from them about Cat-speak.
Not I, that's for sure - be still my beating heart. The name Wanda Heart appropriately fits her personality. I can't stop looking at her picture, such a darling kitty.Who could ever resist a look from this kitten?
Prayers and healing vibes being sent your way by special express.Jcatbird code you and everyone here keep me in your prayers. I have been feeling very rundown in the last few days. Be careful out there, both the flu and the latest Covid strains are spreading like wildfire.
I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well! I keep hearing of people I know getting covid in the last couple of weeks, even fully vaccinated people. It sure is mutating fast.Jcatbird code you and everyone here keep me in your prayers. I have been feeling very rundown in the last few days. Joint aches and erratic body temps that keep going up and down. It went up to 100.3 last night and I thought it has been stabilizing today, but it spiked up again. I don't feel that bad right now and am not coughing or sneezing. I am just annoyed at this unstable body temps and my.bad bout of insomia is a problem.
Be careful out there, both the flu and the latest Covid strains are spreading like wildfire. I really don't get colds, so I am annoyed that my latest bad bout of insomia left me susceptible to this. Once again your prayers are appreciated. Stay well everyone.
That was me a few weeks ago. Like three weeks after I got my booster, too.I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well! I keep hearing of people I know getting covid in the last couple of weeks, even fully vaccinated people. It sure is mutating fast.
