Good luck with giving the clowder their meds. Fingers crossed Banjo has zero reaction to hers, other than getting heathy again.:vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::bicolorcat:
Double Ditto! :yeah:
I hope you have lots of coffee/caffeine in the house to keep up with your busy schedule. ☕ Fingers crossed for Banjo, all the kitties and especially you.:crossfingers::crossfingers:

Whistle, too funny! Now my cats want to try Cheetos! I love them so we may be a Cheeto house now.
Thinking of you Jcatbird Jcatbird and all the meds and kitty pursuits. They will keep you running for sure! We will wait for you to have time to catch us up, and sending all our :vibes: :vibes: :vibes: .

My little Gracie has high blood pressure, the vet will do a recheck on Thursday to be sure, then meds for Gracie. With her kidney disease and hyperT I'm not surprised. I can tell she doesn't feel well overall. 😿 But should be better once she's on medication.

Hoping that last sentence is what transpires for Gracie!

I was fiddling with my laptop and suddenly it turned on ( not sure if it was my sexy outfit I'm in that turned it on or the aroma of the coffee I'm having woke it up :flail::crackup:) but at least it turned on and I could use it for the time being.

I think there's a loose connection somewhere but I'm not repairing it as I did a change of the monitor some time back and it cost me $600 for it :frustrated:. I'm still waiting for the new shipment to arrive next month.

It can conk out anytime but at least for the time being it's better than using my sloth iPad :stars: Let's see how long it can hold up. But now, I better back up all my current files before the 👻 goes out drinking again and never come back the next time :agree:

tabbytom tabbytom Yes! Pitter patter of little paw feet! I am hearing many run from me today! Lol Meds for all!
Day one of Banjo meds. She is still with us and did well. She did pretend to be Sleeping Beauty all day though. Or, maybe she was just being my rock. She certainly slept like one.

Jcatbird Jcatbird Sweet Banjo, continual *PRAYERS* and best thoughts of wellbeing for you!
Yes, it can be a stampede when the topical comes out! That used to happen with us, two locations ago, when all of the adopted feral and rescued community residents knew the tiny tube was in evidence. Mehndi, in particular, hated it and ran wild-eyed, like mad after being treated.
tabbytom tabbytom I've had that happen, too. Sometimes just cleaning the contacts can make a difference.

Well…. I saw the sunrise this morning before bed! Lol Not my preferred routine but it is short term. Banjo did not want her meds this time. I suspect because of how they made her feel rather than being pulled. She accidentally bit down at one point and I got crunched. Lol I taste worse than a pill! Poor Banjo. The pills are huge and it takes many repeat attempts to get it all in sine I must break it up. She has to get two and 1/2 of these! I still have seven topical to administer to the other cats and done until two days from now. Then it’s round two! I think the cats are winning. I will get them all though! I understand how hide and seek works. :chessirecat:
Big pills!

We got a little rain, but some plants are in the 'rain shadow' of our neighbor's huge black walnut tree. I was attending to that this evening when I noticed a spot of orange in the Widow's Tears. There was Grumpy, curled up in the shade and on the nice, cool, ground. I had walked within a very few feet of him, and he never moved, except to look at me. Sorry, but I didn't get any pictures.

No contacts to be cleaned. I just move the screen up and down gently and it made a connection. I can charge the laptop but I can't back up my files using the same port even though I clean the contacts on the C cable.

Will try backing up later as it is charging now. Maybe I'll just live with it and make do first.

My roomie's phone was doing the same so she made an appt. and took it to the apple place locally. They cleaned the port. It seems better now. It's a pretty ancient phone but hey, if it works...

Earlier on I tried to do the backups but the ports are not reading the ext drives and I thought was the cable's fault and I changed the cable and it still did not work. Then I attached a C Hub and try and it can charge through that but still cannot read my ext drives.

I restarted the laptop and voila, everything is working and I did my backups for all my files and folders and also did the time machine backup.

It was strange that it did not respond the last few days and today I fiddle around it and finally tried restarting and it it's working since morning till now.

People (like to?) think tech is infallible and logical. It isn't.
Glad you got it going again, though! May it continue that way. Nothing bugs me like IT problems.

It was hot and humid again today, but I watered everything thoroughly this morning, and, sure enough, Grumpy was back this afternoon. This time, though, I had my camera.View attachment 424064
The green grass is a lovely compliment to the ginger stripes of Grumpy's coat. What are the flower buds?
