"Puddy-Tat!"
In fact, it seems like Casper prefers to be called "Puddy-Tat" than be called by his real name.

Casper was abandoned. We know nothing about his former humans or where he lived.
Maybe it's because he gets food and attention when somebody calls him "Puddy-Tat".
We don't know the reason but he actually likes it when we say, "Who 'dat Puddy-Tat?!"
