Beef Fajitas! Getting ready to food out. It's been a long, hard week> Too many long days at work and commute home. I did actually cook tonight and have the rest of the week-end planned (food wise). I'm so old and tired!! No alarm tomorrow morning...wheeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

After getting home from work, I put on some light blue capris and didn't change my work shirt. Of course I kicked off my shoes and put on my crocs...ahhhh! Soon it will be a night gown and bed...bed...bed! I can hardly wait. Warm comfy bed, with the DH and the snuggly Thai and Tazzy!! Heaven!

Oh my! That is crazy cold. Last month we got down to 7F and our pipes froze because we forgot to leave the water on a trickle. We were lucky that nothing broke but we didn't have water for 3 days. Hubby had to haul water in from town.

Have chili in the crock pot. Was out of venison burger so used ground beef. Kidney beans, black beans, and black-eyed peas (for luck)Made tomato sauce from our home canned tomatoes. I've done a taste test and it's pretty darn yummy. I will make some corn bread to go with it.

Mine says it all. I was and always will be spudsmom. Spud has been gone 3 years and I will miss him to my dying day and will be reunited with him.

I am married to an amazing, cat-loving man. I'm so grateful to still feel this way after 30 years. He's always got my back and helps me with our cats and they loooooooooove him also!

Oh yes. Beatrice was born at 2:18 am on a Sat. and they went home the following Monday afternoon. I plan on going there next week to take my Grandson to pre-school as her partner has to go back. She still needs help and shouldn't be lifting anything heavier than baby Beatrice.
