Actually thats probably exactly what was going on! They have calmed down. I think our dog kind of caught them off guard even though they had seen him a few other times. They are out now playing and be normal well as normal as cats can be.

So, I let Emma and Jackson out to roam the house tonight. Ever since they have been given freedom to roam they have not stopped meowing. What could cause this? They are full (just ate) and have water. I've even put toys out for them.

Thank you all for your input! I may have to get Jackson a litter box with higher edges that boy has a high kick! I agree! I don't go over with how much I put in there. Though they do potty a lot and they both have their own box. I definitely want to find something that may last longer.

We are currently using a 28lb box of Arm & Hammer Multi-Cat Clump litter. We've had our two kittens for a week now and I scoop out their boxes daily sometimes two times. After one week we've went through the entire box of litter. Is this normal? Jackson seems to really love kicking his litter...

It depends on if I'm eating locally or if we decided to have a night out. If we are just grabbing something quick here in town I love a good bbq sandwich from Rib Crib. If we are going to have a night out I really like Texas Road House love love love their steaks!!

Today it was 88 but super humid. Yesterday was even worse because it didn't know if it wanted to rain not and was just sticky.
