Thanks for the quick reply!
We do not have a mat in front of her box. should we make this a thing?
Her box is located in the laundrey room in a discrete corner very away from clothing.
We live in a basement so not very many ajacent rooms to put a box in that are private and quiet.
Hi everyone,
I'm having an interesting issue with Hikari. please note this is not to ask for actuaal medical advice, just a question.
Hikari will poo in her litter box, it gets cleaned daily to every couple days. But here's the weird thing. This usually only happens overnight. She will go in her...
Thank you for your frank answer.
Unfortunately, I do not think there is time for me to get that for her. I am not sure what to do at this point. I did get some feliway calming spray for the inside of the carrier...but not sure how much good that will do for a 3 hour flight!
i am worried about...
i can't remember the whole name of this pill, but I got it from Hikari's vet a few days ago.
She and I are making a move to be with my future husband. We are moving all the way to MN so we will be going on a plane. The vet gave me this pill I am supposed to give her half of, it's called ace...
Hi hun,
Welcome to tcs! :)
I have heard of these sorts of experiences happening after cats get back from the groomer/vet/other place that the scent is not familiar to the other cat. It could possibly be the fact that even though the scent of the groomer wore off on our noses, Sammy may still be...
This is another attempt at getting a shot of Hikari. hoping this one is a bit more clear. I am totally blind and didn't have anyone around at the time to snap this photo.
Hi hun,
My guess, and it's just a guess, is maybe something happened to her before you got her that caused trauma at night. or maybe something in the house reminds of a traumatic past, or she may smell other cats around/see cats outside and feel her territory is being threatened.
If she is going...
Oh, honey! i'm so sorry you are having this issue with your Yoshi.
sending lots of positive thoughts, energies and will send healing vibes both of your ways. I honestly don't have a lot of information and don't want to make any guesses, but just know that I am here for the both of you and...
thanks for your post hun.
Hikari is a bolter. She escapes whenever it takes her fancy. I would need to run her thorugh security, and I'm afraid if I tried carrying her in my arms when I went through security she could bolt.
I could try the hard plastic carrier method but they may want me to...
I am going to make a move to be with my boyfriend in 2 to 3 months, here is my conundrum.
He is cross country, which means i will have to take Hikari on a flight. I was reading a site that said she will ned to ride in the cabbin with me. Problem is this.
She has never been leash trained. She is...
Hello my fellow cat mommas and daddies,
Have any of you had the experiences with deworming treatment where your cat will still cough?
My sweet little girl got her treatment a few days ago, I applied it as instructed but she moved a slight bit so a tiny bit got on her shoulderblade area on her...
We had confirmed roundworms.
How long does it take to start working? i carefully felt where I applied the solution to her earlier to make sure it was still there. it doesn't feel like as much is there now. Does this mean it absorbed into her skin like it should?
I applied it to above her...
