Wait...that's not quite right!

Lunch will be a Colby omelet, a ham patty and spiced fruit. Dinner is a barbecued chicken patty, potato medley, and seasoned green beans.

I take back the OH WOE IS ME! Got notification today that the UHC card limit is going up next year! I'll be able to put ALL my utilities on it now, which means that most months, I can order from Mom's Meals on my debit card! YES!
Yaaaay! Such a nice Christmas present!

Gee,now that's the kind of Peeking Duck I'd like!

bbdoll22 bbdoll22 I dearly love prime rib with all the fixings.

Last night, we stopped at Wendy’s for take out. I had a single, no tomato, no lettuce, no cheese (no taste).

I found an interesting recipe for air fried buffalo chicken nuggets, using chucks of boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I’m going to try them in NFG 7-in-1 and see what we think. Air fried baked potatoes to go with….I can have the potato, but no skin. Hope the chicken is good…might be a decent sub for wings, for now.

I did a mom's night out at a tapas place yesterday and got a meat and cheese platter. Had to take M because she's in full mommy mode and when I talk to a friend for a moment she just grabs a slice of salami off my plate and starts chowing down. My foodie.

We're celebrating an early Christmas with the one BIL who will be out of town, so we should have sme yummy hams and stuff for dinner later.

Chilly, damp and rainy so perfect day for lentil vegetable soup and asiago bagels for both of us. I cubed baked potatoes and added mushrooms to the soup. Our neighbor brought over treats she makes every year at Christmas - tiny pretzel twists with melted Hershey's kiss and M&M in the middle. So that will be dessert.

Fried egg & veggie sammich at another diner in town. It was good but the bread at diners is too tiny. Guess I will stick to breakfast food and fried food at diners. Delis and sammich shops make the big sammiches I prefer.

Our buffalo chicken nuggets were good last night, but the dip was a little too spicy for Rick. Still, I'd make them again and maybe do some ranch dip for him the next time.

Rick is making a ham loaf tonight for dinner. It's like a meat loaf, but with ground ham and ground pork. We put a brown sugar/mustard glaze over the top. I don't know what he's making with it yet. Leftover ham loaf makes good sandwiches, too. He makes it better than I can.

You know, if you really wanted to go whole-hog ~ducks for cover with that pun~, you could wrap it in back. I know bacon-wrapped meatloaf is to die for!

Lunch tonight will be...um...OH! Taquitos. High time Her Nibs had some sour cream! And dinner will be a chicken strip meal.

lizzie lizzie I'd kill for a pizza about now!

I decided on goulash last night for dinner. Our pasta sauce with the seasonings, mixed in with cooked elbows, and sprinkled with mozz. It was really good, been a while since I made it, and we have enough leftover, probably for Rick's bowling night on Wednesday.

Not sure about tonight. Thinking about breakfast for dinner. I could eat some pancakes and sausage and I know Dear Richard is always up for pancakes, too. We'll see. I could use some maple syrup, to be honest. (Then again, I could just squirt some maple syrup in me and that would do the trick, too. See? There's a reason I look like this!!!)

I'm with you,I LOVE maple syrup-I had a bowl of it this morning with pancakes just for the excuse to have SYRUP...

Gonna sound crazy but I'm not big on sweets ,I'll have vanilla ice cream once in awhile but only with maple syrup ontop- lol
