A few from 2018. 👍

This was back when Krista was peeing the walls. I would later learn she was doing that as a cry for help because of her teeth going bad. When I got those first problem teeth removed, this inappropriate marking behavior almost completely stopped. I think she would pee the mirror out of habit now and again when I wasn’t looking. Covering up that wall and her peeing spots would be the basis for the cat wall that it is now there.

Ice on one knee and Krista on the other. This is how we heal running injuries. Rub-on Purr. 😻

*SO much better than that Icy-Hot stuff! Because not only is this soft and warm, but with THIS, you get PURRS*:cloud9::hearthrob::kneading::hearthrob:

Awwww. So they put that cold squidgy gel on her? I'm thinking she did not enjoy that too much. But Krista being Krista, endured with with her usual queenly elegance and flair. :hearthrob: :kneading: :hearthrob:
Oh no! I'm sure she swore like a sailor and came out swinging. Far more likely they had to sedate her to perform the u/s. She was not a model patient.

*What happens in the back room...STAYS in the back room*
Voices carry and poop hitch-hikes. 😿 🤦‍♂️ Usually her attitude didn't improve until I got her in the car. Sometimes not until she had a meal and a groom locked in the bathroom with a camera. I often left her for a couple hours after a vet visit (not locked in the bathroom) to go to the tap room. We both benefitted from having time and space apart on a regular basis. And that's one of the remaining anxieties I have about getting a new cat before I'm vaccinated. Nowhere to go if I need that space apart that doesn't come with an existential risk right now. 🤦‍♂️
