i'll be making a big batch of spaghetti sauce today, and will add some browned ground beef to it. so i'll have some pasta with meat sauce tonight for dinner, with a little grated parmesan cheese sprinkled over it.
GOD I LOVE BURNED CHEESE! I really do. I have had to talk with managers of pizza places on the phone before to assure them that I want my cheese somewhat browned and bubbly.\
Tonight? OH, chicken salad, I think. That's easy enough.
No, I do not eat well. It is one of the things that living alone and with a tiny budget does to you. Someday...I keep telling myself that!
I always boil a whole pound of pasta at one go, toss in oil, then put 2-servings each in bags in the freezer.LOL, micknsnicks2mom , I DO THAT TOO!!! Sauce over bread! Some days, I just don't want to bother, and it is quick, easy, and tasty! AND I've thawed sauce for tonight...We'll see if I feel like boiling pasta or not when the time comes.
