The stir-fry was good (even if, to Rick's dismay, it had no meat). And I managed to use up the broccoli, so that worked out well.

Pork chops with cranberry sauce tonight. And I'm looking at hasselback potatoes. Maybe some green beans. And some pumpkin bars for dessert.

Lat night I did roast pork and a baked sweet potato. The pork is from Halloween. I cut the entire roast into single servings and froze them. Tonight, I dunno. But probably my old favorite, hot dogs with cheese and onions. I have a package thawed out, and should use them.

Ham sandwich on ciabatta for lunch and beef stroganoff for dinner but using milk thickened with flour instead of sour cream due to too much cholesterol.

I went to a Indian restaurant today for dinner. It was very good as they had a lot of vegetarian dishes. Some of them were a little too spicy for my taste but I still enjoyed the food. Don't ask me what I had.
I love Indian food, especially Southern Indian dishes. There is an all vegetarian Indian restaurant in the city that I bet you would love. On Saturday they have a buffet, all you can eat, and since it's vegetarian I don't have to ask questions or check the ingredients. ;)

I would love to go to an all vegetarian restaurant. There is a Chinese restaurant here in MD that is all vegetarian. I would love to try it but it is too far for me to go. It's on my bucket list. The restaurant I went to also had a buffet. The food in front had meat but the food in the back row was vegetarian. I'm looking forward to going again.

I don't really know about dinner tonight. We were busy last night and I forgot to get anything out of the freezer. Maybe some tuna loaf; Rick likes that and we haven't had it for a while.

Scrambled eggs and homemade biscuits. I'm in the mood to bake something
Me too, great minds think alike! Except I don't have homemade biscuits, wanna share? I'm chopping up green onions, red peppers and zucchini to put in the scrambled eggs.

Hmmmmm...I do have onions and some pepper that I diced and froze...no zucchini, but I'll make do. And I'm just doing a very simple oil biscuit recipe. 3 ingredients, no fuss, muss or bother!

Finally had a good meal.. some soft steamed broccoli, a piece of rotisserie chicken with some Light Ranch dressing.. felt so good to eat something solid...
