My son is sick so it was going to be hamburger helper and salad, since he couldn't eat. But our friends dropped off Jamaican beef patties from NYC
So we will have those and green salad.

The rest of the turkey dogs tonight, along with some chicken vegetable soup. Rick is bowling early, so I need to get home and get dinner going.
It was so good. Definitely a recipe to have again.
I'm making Mongolian beef today.
Truffle parmesan Mac and cheese. One of the better frozen dinners I've had.

We had leftover homemade chicken enchiladas and salad. so good. Brownies for dessert.
Spaghetti with meat sauce
That sounds so good right now. I could totally go for a big plate of spaghetti.
I'm hungry. I'm resisting eating anything because it's 10:30 pm and I'm going to bed soon.

I'm making falafel tonight. I've never made them before.
Dinner at mom's house tonight! Cashew chicken, with blackberry/raspberry brie bites for dessert 
Steak and baked potatoes on the bbq. We have to go to the grocery store when my son wakes up to get it.
I've got a chili with lentils, chickpeas and squash cooking in the slow cooker. I also made a batch of cornmeal muffins to go with it. I've never made this chili recipe before, so hope it turns out ok.
took some tomato sauce with sausages, out from the freezer a couple of days ago. Have to use it up tonight with some pasta...easy supper...for a busy day, well for me at least..

Our dinner was good last night; the margarita was even better.
Tonight we're going to Rick's sister and BIL's for dinner. We get to try the sauerkraut that Rick's BIL and I started last November. Should be good.

i'm thinking i'll have chicken noodle soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. nice comfort food. i'll have a couple fig bars for dessert.

Leftover chicken n rice. I boiled chicken for kitty and it smelled so good, I made a batch and added all kinds of veggies and rice just for me lol. Which the cat still thinks is his lol
