Spinach salad with bacon, some blue cheese, poppy seed dressing, chopped egg, and craisins.

It was really good.

Oven baked whole chicken legs with bbq sauce, rice and beans and either green beans or a tossed salad.

We had Indian for lunch, and I think that might count as dinner too tonight. We took a four-hour nap when we got home (yay lazy days!) and I'm still full!

It's really nice out so I used the bbq. I made chicken and potatoes in foil.
Good for you! I know you've been wanting to get outside to use that grill!

I took some pork chops out of the freezer. Dear Richard will grill them tonight and we'll have some steamed broccoli and some butternut as a side.

I have a seasoned pork loin in the fridge that I never cooked yesterday. I will cook that along with some sides, probably peas and carrots and some mashed potatoes.

Fried eggs, sausages and onion, fries in the microwave and half an avocado. I also finished the rest of yesterday's coleslaw.

We were supposed to grill pork chops last night for dinner, but that didn't work out. Had to do some stuff for Rick's mom at the house. Til we got done with that and going for groceries, we ended up with some turkey dogs for dinner.

Tonight we're grilling the pork chops we didn't do last night.

I thawed some turkey cutlets that I'll marinate in something or other. We had some amazing brussels sprouts last week on vacation, so I am going to try a funky recipe for brussels sprouts. I'll buy another vegetable today as well to go with it.

I'm on a "use up things in the fridge & freezer" week. So I'll be throwing some chicken pieces into a pan with lots of veg and stewing them with gravy, and have it with jacket potatoes.
