31F with clouds but clear outside and just a slight trace of snow from yesterday.

Storm Henk has been giving us a very miserable start to 2024 - my neighbour's tiles came off their roof and our recycling bins have blown away!

It's 29F now but got up to 34F earlier today and the sun was shining.

clear in 40s right now and sunny in 60s later in the day can still get tanned even though its kinda cold

As predicted, the snow started right around 1:00 p.m. Temperature hovering right around the freezing point.

And at mid-afternoon

there was a herd of 11 deer, later another of group of 8. Picture out my study's window.

If anyone would like to send snow my way, it's welcome! We had a little freezing rain. Enough to take the power out, unless someone hit a pole. The power company had us back up and running before the house even started to chill. I saw one snowflake amid the all the rain last night and it was beautiful.
