Salad, salmon burgers made with feta cheese and spinach. 2 slices gluten free bread, fresh asparagus.  Dessert was a Trader Joe's Mini cone (vanilla, dipped in chocolate).

Just finished a piece of dry toast and am trying to drink a small mug of coffee (I thought that if I had the toast with the coffee, the coffee might stay down better)

Half of an english muffin with cream cheese. I'm not feeling good this morning so I gave the other half to Aimee (who ate all the cream cheese off it and then gave it to the dog).

Sorry you're not feeling good again today.  I love Aimee and I have never met her: your avatar photo and tales of what she gets up to light up my day.

I had some bean and vegetable casserole (courtessy of work) and some home boiled rice followed by a slice of chocolate brownie tonight.

That sounds delicious and very healthy!
I might try that with my old smoothie machine.

Just had some fluffy buttermilk biscuits and bacon.

Thanks, I knew it was something like
that. My blood pressure is about same as it was while on meds. My doctor told me early pregnancy lowers your BP. It's usually around 132/83 now which I am happy with. I check it once or twice a day (usually morning and night).
You know you take the second or third reading when checking your blood pressure don't you? The first one doesn't count. I had to take it once 3 times a day for 10 days! The doctor got a page for a week. I'd run out of patience.

I was always told not to take it more than once because it can give false readings. The specialist I went to used to take it 5 times, 1 minute apart for each one and then average it. Other than there, I've always used the first reading and so did all the doctors and nurses when I was in the hospital for 2 weeks.

My doctor said the first is false. It's possible to see the difference between
2nd and 3rd. I still advise taking it 2-3 times.

and then you throw butter milk pancakes at me -_____- lol

my boyfriend uses a regular blender to make his smoothies, so as long as you have a working blender you're good to go! that's basically what the nutribullet is anyways.

i used to juice a lot. like twice a day. aside from losing a lot of weight on it, it made me feel AMAZING!

trying to get back into it. just recently quit smoking, and i'm trying to turn my "health kick" into a forever lifestyle. :)

There's "white coat syndrome" in which I'll retake a blood pressure at the end of an assessment, but other than that we're not to retake the blood pressure multiple times in one sitting.  And we switch arms and note which arm.  We watch for trends and responses to BP medications throughout the day, though.  Is that what you mean?

I had leftover baby lima beans.  My favorite!

I use a baby bullet to make smoothies. It's kind of like the nutribullet but it's made for making baby food. I used to use my regular blender, but then it started leaking like crazy.

I ate some Crispers last night. Right now, I am drinking a Similac Mom drink. It's a meal replacement drink for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
