What's for dinner?

I want to go to Pam's house for dinner...every night! lol!

I'm baking sea bass in lemon dill sauce, wild rice and steaming some kind of veggies. I wish I had some winter squash, that would go well with the sea bass. I need to get to the produce stand before they close for the season.

Tonight is grilled pizza night. Took a big dough ball out of the freezer this morning.

Tonight I'm going to have sausage stuffed portabello mushrooms.  I bought them Sunday and finally got around to cooking them yesterday.  Likely a salad on the side and maybe some mashed potatoes.

Cake.  See I went to the stores today and my dog...well doesnt do well at times.  Today was BAD as it thundered.  So I came home to a exercise pen that was a bit destroyed.  SO now I am very happy again...ALLS GOOD  lol

I think we're going out tonight. No place exotic or anything like that. Just out, so I don't have to do dishes tonight....it is Rick's idea. I'm hating dishes already.

Hubby made homemade hot and sour soup, and is grilling - ribeye!  Salad and if any dessert, maybe a single serve scottish shortbread cookie.

Pizza delivery tonight....my sister is putting the final coat of paint on the kitchen today and then I have to clean, clean, clean for the cabinet guys tomorrow, so no cooking.

It has been an unbelievably crazy day SO I think I am going to make a Subway run.

Grilled pork chops with grilled corn on the cob and a simple salad.
