I made Chili in the crock pot yesterday so it's leftovers tonight. It will be even better tonight. Cornbread too, of course
That didn't work. Rick's company splurged for pizza yesterday at work, so he texted me to tell me that he wasn't at all hungry, between the pizza and the heat, he was done. So I made tuna salad for my dinner last night.Not sure. I took a London Broil out of the freezer last night, but I don't know what I want to do with it. I was going to toss it into some marinade this morning, but didn't really want to do that either.
Thinking about throwing it on the grill and then topping it with lots of caramelized onions and mushrooms. Maybe a twice-baked potato as a side. With some steamed broccoli.
Since I'm leaving work early, I might throw together a blueberry buckle for a bit of dessert.
That might actually work.
