I am thinking ribs would be nice since I haven't had them for awhile.

Most likely baked then under the broiler for a few minutes. I make this really yummy glaze from BBQ sauce, minced garlic, sage, ground black pepper and 3 tablespoons of Passion Fruit Juice concentrate. It's the perfect sweet and sour combination.

So glazed ribs, baked potato and caesar salad it is.

Well, so much for smokies! The boy asked for pizza before I even mentioned what dinner was going to be. He doesn't often take the initiative to ask for something particular, so unless I can't produce or am seriously not in the mood for what he wants, he generally gets it.

Hey, gets me a night off, too.

Here is the recipe for Lemon Potatoes. It's the first time I'm making it.

The potatoes were "ok", I didn't marinate them though. I think the next time I make them I'll marinate them first. They weren't as lemony as the Greek ones I get from local Greek restaurants, so I think that marinating is the key.

When I get up from the computer, I'll be on the run until late this evening. We'll be catching dinner in town between events. Fortunately that break will be just long enough to have dinner properly, even though it's not long enough to come home. Our restaurant options will be fine, so whatever we end up doing will be nice.

The smokies we didn't have on Saturday. Laundry to do tonight, as well as a couple of other things that argue for a fairly quick meal.

I did a light grocery shop at my favourite (independent) market on the way home. They do great rotisserie chicken, so that's dinner tonight, with yam fries and salad. There will be bird leftover to do quesadillas tomorrow, and probably enough for something else on the weekend.

Yeah it was heaven!
Your dinner sounds real good too!

Tonight I made chicken wrapped in bacon cooked in garlic butter, thick potato wedges roasted in garlic butter, fried courgettes and an ailo, bacon and potato salad!

Oh yeah and I polished off a chocolate muffin, 2 thick slices of fruit cake and ice-cream for dessert!

and I washed it down with coke!
