Anything that's soft enough to be comfortable. The idea is to get him used to the fact that you are touching him rhythmically, stroking him all over. It should be a pleasant experience for him once he gets used to the idea that you are touching him regularly.

Spoke to one of our neighbors who was out walking with his son the other day and since I knew he lived not too far away from OC's house I asked him if he knew him. Said his name is Marmalade and he sprays everything! He has never sprayed around here. I think I'm going to start giving him two scoops a visit. Got him some ff senior+ minced.I still love him!! You have to give him a name!
So is he not even nuetered? Or does it sound like they do not like him very much and perhaps it's not true? I'm not sure what to think by such a comment? He's a cat,he's outside- so? Right?

Is he intact? It should be very easy to tell. If not, maybe you might want to ask the people whether they'd let him come to you, and get him neutered? Better for his health even if he doesn't spray at your house. He's a gorgeous handsome guy and he deserves so much better than the situation he has now with neglectful, probably uncaring people....*Of course you know all that.*

Marmalade looks wonderful! It's kinda dark to see Fluffy Butt, but it's wonderful to see them enjoying their food

Looks soooo much like my boy- here he was 18,lost alot of muscle mass ...... looks like Marmaduke
But definitely he looks much better than before.Unfortunately the flash made him look bigger than he isbut he has filled out some.
