What a great use of lighting! Good timingA few weeks back I had an early morning hair appointment. Took the opportunity to take some photos since the light was so lovely as I was driving over to their office.
The first one, is a miniature version of a local church that was built into the middle of a lake in the town park. It's quite fascinating and beautiful, especially that morning with the fog surrounding it.

This one is a road in the same town. Just got out, and snapped.

Norachan - Breathtaking pictures ... exquisite brilliant colors ...
Thank you.Tabbytom those flowers are so vibrant and just gorgeous! I could never get them to grow like that here! Your pictures look professional they’re so good
I wonder if we have something like that here? I’d love to see what’s shown...Thank you.
These flowers are not grown here as the weather does not permit it. It is on show in conjunction with the Cherry Blossoms in Japan.
We have a place called Gardens by The Bay and there are two main exhibits called the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest which is fully air-conditioned so that temperate flowers and plants can survive.
The theme for the Flower Dome changes with the seasons of other countries so that we can showcase those plants and flowers that we can’t grow here.
It takes lots of space and lots of curation and care to make sure the plants and flowers survive.I wonder if we have something like that here? I’d love to see what’s shown...
Thank you.Beautiful flowers. They look way more gorgeous than the wild mountain cherry we get around here.
I had a crabapple tree that had blooms that were dark pink, almost fusia, when they opened they were a very light shade of pink, and then white when fully opened. Just beautiful! It takes lots of space and lots of curation and care to make sure the plants and flowers survive.
Not not sure too if other countries have such exhibits.
Some trees are not in full blooms yet but I guess over in Japan will be more beautiful it is in abundance. We just have a handful of several species. It's good chance for those who've not seen Cherry Blossoms before and also now that there's travel restrictions to Japan, so the only place for us to see it is during this time of display.
